Painting Instructions
Follow the paint manufacturer's preparation steps. The surface should be clean, dry, and free of dirt, mildew, chalk, grease, and other contaminants before applying paint. Painting is required not to prevent rotting — PVC won't rot — but to seal the exposed cell structure and make future cleaning easier.
