PVC Post Caps

PVC Post Caps are milled from solid sheets of Azek - Versatex PVC. They will also fit most post wraps on the market with the same outside dimensions. The inside is pocketed out to accept the wrap and the post inside. 

These PVC caps will require painting. Not to prevent Rotting and Splitting but to fill in the exposed cell structure and allow for easier cleaning in the future. Follow the paint manufacturer’s preparation steps. To ensure good adhesion, the surface of the product should be clean, dry and free of dirt, mildew, chalk, grease and any other surface contaminants before applying paint.
